This cozy home is made for families looking for a temporary home base or working professionals on a fixed term work assignment. It is walking distance to Point Grey Secondary School, Quilchena Elementary School, as well as shops and restaurants. UBC, YVR Airport, & Downtown Vancouver are all less than 15 minute driving distance from the home. We also provide air-condioning system!
This condominium has a very rare feature. It is a 12 storey building, but has only 24 units which means that there are only 2 units per floor! Nearest bus stop is 190m/3min walking distance. Shops, groceries, schools, essential services are all walking/short driving distance from the cozy home.
Kerrisdale Village is Vancouver's most charming community! It is centrally located but away from the hustle & bustle of Downtown life. There are many unique and boutique shops and restaurants all in walking reach of the cozy home. It is also not uncommon to see filming of movies happening along the streets!

+ Cancellation Policy
Strict Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. This 50% refund is based on the total amount.
+ Response to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
