Elmy Stays provides interior styling and guest relation services for all aspects of a homeowner's Airbnb/Short-Term Rental, which includes marketing, guest communication, turnover cleaning, and much more.
Elmy Stays is not a property management service and does not provide any property management services. The owner signs the short-term rental agreement, receives payment directly from the guests, and makes the final decision on the rental.

There are parallels between these two types of rental properties. Many properties may also be furnished such that it qualifies under both categories.
A vacation rental would typically be furnished and styled with a few types of ideal guests in mind: a family on vacation, a couple travelling, a group of friends travelling, and etc. The average booking duration for these guests last between 1 night to 2 weeks. These properties would usually provide fun amenities such as board games, pool table, movie entertainment, Netflix, and more, to appeal to this target market.
For corporate rentals, the types of ideal guests include professors hired by the local university or college to teach a semester, travelling nurses, companies finding temporary living arrangements for their employees that are assigned a project of fixed term in your area. Amenities of importance to those who book corporate rentals will include fast wifi, desk/working space, printer & photocopy functions, parking, and ability to mail packages to your address. The average booking duration for these guests are between 3 weeks to 4-6 months, maybe even longer depending on their own unique situations.
Though their average stay duration is longer than that of a Vacation Rental guest, and often longer than 30 nights, they are still considered a guest as long as their purpose of stay is of a temporary nature and that they consider your property as a transient furnished accommodation.

Elmy Stays is a local female-owned company, specializing in providing Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting services for vacation and corporate rentals in the Greater Vancouver Area, White Rock, Fraser Valley area, and Kelowna regions of properties that are STR licensed/eligible. We take pride in marketing your rental listings and providing ongoing guest relations for these properties, in order to put more money in your pocket (even after taking a small share of that profit pie for our work!).
We are also very open to expanding to other areas in British Columbia or even out of province! We are confident that our Airbnb/Short-Term Rental Co-Hosting services can be replicated in areas further out. The business model and systems we have created from the ground up will allow us to efficiently operate remotely while still providing you, the property owner, the same level of high touch services you would expect and more, compared to other companies.

Interior styling allows your property to stand out and ensures the potential guest see your property in its best possible form. When a property is styled with professional photo, it can really boost up the appeal and encourage guest to choose your home. That being said, if the space is uniquelly designed and memorable, the guest will more likely leave a 5-star review!

At Elmy Stays, we have our own dedicated professional cleaning team that covers both guest turn over cleaning and deep cleaning. Our aim is to deliver consistent cleaning results. Having high standards of cleaning is critical for both the vacation and corporate rentals. Every little cleaning detail matters, as any missed spot can affect that 5-star rating.
For guest turn over cleaning we cover the followings: washing of all bed linens and pillow cases, mop & vacuum of floors and table surfaces, dish washing, dusting of general areas, fridge and appliance cleaning, and general bathroom cleaning.
For deep cleaning we cover the followings: fully clean, sanitize, and remove unwanted dust, stains, or scents that have accumulated in the property. A full wipe down operation would be performed on the window panes, blinds, cabinets, shampoo the carpet and much more tailing to the specific property’s needs.
