• Waterfront Park

    Just a 3-minute walk from our Downtown Kelowna Elmy homes. Located in the city centre on Water Street, the Waterfront Park is a beautiful place to go for a short walk and enjoy the finest scenery of Okanagan Lake. Perfectly landscaped gardens, public art and plenty of Instagram worthy spots. It is one of the places where locals or visitors can enjoy walking, biking, restaurants and tons of coffee shops!

  • Ben Lee Park

    Ben Lee Park includes a water park, playground, skateboard park, basketball courts and plenty of green space to have a picnic with your loved ones. In fall, the trees at Ben Lee Park boast vibrant shades of red and orange. The Uptown Rutland Scarecrow Festival is held at Ben Lee Park in the autumn as well. The water park is open for summer only from 11am. to 6pm. daily until early September.

  • Kasugai Gardens

    Looking for a quiet and tranquil space to unwind downtown? Take a step away from the hustle and into Kasugai Garden Park - one of the most unique parks in Kelowna. Completed in 1987, the friendship & union between Kelowna and its sister city in Kasugai, Japan. The park integrates traditional elements notable in Japanese gardens, such as lanterns, waterfalls and a pond stocked with Koi.

  • Okanagan Valley

    Home to dozens of wineries that look like something straight out of the French countryside. A favourite vacation spot year-round thanks to its world-class vineyards, food scene, beaches, and even ski hills! You can choose from the different options that they offer with their tours, with the most popular being self-drive or organized group excursions which typically include lunch and stops at three different vineyards.

  • Lavender Herb Farm

    Welcome to this eight-acre, eco-friendly farm, found on the outskirts of town. Visitors are welcome to wander through the tapestry of plants & herbs grown on the property (visit for early summer, when the purple lavender is in bloom.) Everything is harvested to create botanical products like essential oils, body butter, tea & syrup, and are completely free of additives, fillers and artificial preservatives.

  • Spirits Craft Distillery

    A 3-minute drive/13- minute walk can bring you to the Spirits Craft Distillery. This distillery serves up to two dozen types of spirits that are crafted from Okanagan grains & fruits. Their impressive collection of whiskey, gin, absinthe, vodka and tonic, alongside fruit brandies flavored with endless options. Try them in their tasting room in the heart of downtown, where staff also lead tours & tastings!

  • Maeg’s BBQ Boat

    Take at least 9 of your friends, drinks & barbecue and ride on the unmissable bright orange, donut- shaped vessels that firstly will show up at the harbour. The catch? Guests can charter their own eco-friendly, electric powered boat for an afternoon, and bring their own food or choose the catering option. Up to 10 people can hop on board, and fire up the BBQ while zipping around Okanagan Lake & soaking up the sun.

  • Kettle Valley Rail Trail

    The Kettle Valley Railway (KVR) is the longest rail trail network in British Columbia. KVR is great for enjoying outdoors and mother nature in Kelowna. The former train tracks have been converted into a recreation trail, and is a favourite of both hikers and cyclists. To explore, you can rent a bike and pedal through the steep-walled canyon (which is photo heaven.) Do check for the weather before your visit!

  • Art Gallery

    The Kelowna Art Gallery is in the heart of Kelowna’s Cultural District. They offer visitors the opportunity to explore changing exhibitions of both historical and contemporary Canadian art in their four Gallery spaces. They also offer art classes and workshops for adults and teens in the fall and winter. Their popular Family Sundays offer visitors the chance to get creative with guided hands-on art activities.
