Guest Turnover Cleaning
Turnover cleaning involves efficient cleaning that can be completed between the time the previous guests check out and the next guests check in. The session will include the following: washing of all bed linens and pillow cases, mop & vacuum of floors and table surfaces, dish washing, dusting of general areas, fridge and appliance cleaning, and general bathroom cleaning.
Deep Cleaning
Deep cleaning is recommended to be carried out at each vacation and corporate rental at least once every month to two months, depending on how often the property is occupied by guests. The purpose of deep cleaning is to fully clean, sanitize, and remove unwanted dust, stains, or scents that have accumulated in the property. This means that a full wipe down operation would be performed on the window panes, blinds, cabinets, every nook and cranny. We may need to clean the tile grout, shampoo the carpet, clean the stove range hood, deep clean the oven, and more. Deep cleaning sessions will be tailored to the specific property’s needs.
How Are Our Cleaning Services Different From Others?
We bill by job, not by time.
As we are in the hospitality industry ourselves, we understand that overhead expenses should be as predictable as possible, especially cleaning fees. We quote our services by the job as our mission is to become your preferred cleaning partner for the long term. We understand that some days, the cleaning job is fast as the guest has taken care of the bulk of it on their own, while other days, it requires more time. Regardless, we bill a fixed fee based on the quoted rate.
Commercial Grade Ozone Generator
We provide our own cleaning supplies and will use our commercial grade ozone generator in situations that require it. A commercial grade ozone generator will remove the scent of cigarettes, weed, or any other unpleasant scents left behind by guests both intentionally and unintentionally. Ozone sterilizing your property is also especially important if the guest that checks out was not feeling well as ozone is known to be effective for sterilization and disinfection.
