2 secure parkade parking provided with reservation. For more than one vehicle there is paid on-street parking or free parking a few blocks away. Parking downtown is harder to find in the summer season but you're in the heart of the downtown waterfront so everything is a short walk, cab ride away.

+ Pets

Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

  • Pet must be flea/tick treated
  • Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
  • No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
