1. Living Room: super comfy couch with a swivel chair, 55” Smart TV (with complimentary Netflix) and a cozy gas fireplace.
2. Dining Room: large dining table (can easily seat up to 10 people)
3. Kitchen: functional kitchen fully stocked with complete stainless steel appliances (double door fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.) plus cooking utensils, basic spices, Keurig coffee maker, french press, tea kettle. Includes a big island with plenty of counter and storage space.
4. Upper Floor Bedroom 1 & Bedroom 2: one has a King size bed and the other has a Queen size bed
5. Ground Floor Bedroom 3 & 4: both have Queen size bed
6. Bathroom 1: bath tub and shower shared between Bedroom 1 & 2
7. Bathroom 2: standing shower shared between Bedroom 3 & 4
8. Laundry: COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer. One set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend bringing your own, as we only provide one set per person.
9. Backyard: property sits on 1 acre fenced lot with outdoor deck with views of trees and lots of privacy. * NEW: featue hot tub, cold plunge tub and outdoor dining and seatings!

Rental Terms & Conditions:

• Lease term flexible
• Pets are subject to homeowner’s approval and pet fees + pet damage deposit applies.
• Tenant insurance may apply. There is also a one time move out deep cleaning fee of $550.
• Half month security deposit and half month pet damage deposit (if applicable)

What is included in the rate:

• Monthly 2 hour housekeeping
• High speed internet
• Light landscaping (mowing the lawn and hedging bushes that impede the driveway)
• Snow plowing included along the driveway but salting is the responsibility of the guest

• Check In: anytime after 4pm
• Check Out: anytime before 11am

+ Pets

Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

• Tell us the type, breed, size, and if potty trained
• Pet must be flea/tick treated
• Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
• No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.
• Pet is considered unauthorized, subject to penalties if not declared at time of booking.

+ Response to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
