Our cozy home is a two-story legal suite with an outdoor garden and is fitted with portable AIR CONDITIONING + HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the whole home.

Main Level

• Kitchen: stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, kitchen island/dining table for 2, fridge, sink & faucet, filtered water faucet, equipped with air fryer, rice cooker, french press, toaster, magic bullet blender, pots & pans, regular drip coffee machine, Keurig machine and complimentary starter pack of K-cups, and all necessary cookware & dinnerware, complimentary starter pack of dish detergent, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, paper towel, aluminum foil, cling wrap, basic cleaning supplies, compost bags, tea bags, olive oil, basic spices & sauces will be provided

• Living: 50” 4K Roku TV (complimentary Netflix access, no cable) on swivel mount, & motorized 3 seater recliner sofa

• Workspace: dedicated desk space for 2 with 2 work chairs and 1 monitor + hdmi cable

• Laundry: washer & dryer with complimentary starter pack of laundry pods provided

• Stairwell Cat jungle gym for your approved feline

Second Level

• Bathroom: 3 piece bathroom with bathtub & shower combo, toilet and sink vanity. 4 sets of towels (1 set= 1 bath towel, 1 face towel, 1 hand towel) are provided. Complimentary starter pack of toilet paper, body wash, shampoo, and conditioner will be provided.

• Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 sets of bedding, 4 pillows will be provided. A pull down projector screen, mini projector with Netflix access, 10,000BTU portable AC included in the bedroom.

Patio

• Private gated patio with weber BBQ grill, mini fridge, punching bag with stand, seating for two, and two different types of pet beds (furry one and elevated one).

+ Guest Access & Interaction

You will have complete access to the main level and second levels. No other people will be sharing these two levels with you. Please make yourselves at home!

* Do note that the property caretaker (couple with small quiet dog) lives on-site as well, but in a separate entry and will not interfere with your stay. They will also be readily available during work hours to answer any questions and make your stay comfortable.

+ Pets

Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

• Tell us the type, breed, size, and if potty trained
• Pet must be flea/tick treated
• Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
• No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.
• Pet is considered unauthorized, subject to penalties if not declared at time of booking.

+ Cancellation Policy

Strict Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. This 50% refund is based on the total amount.

+ Response to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
