It is a 2 level, separate legal suite in the heart of Richmond by No. 1 Rd and Granville Ave. Centrally located with easy walking distance to bus stops and many bike paths. As our monthly-stay guest, you will have access to your own private entrance, 1 driveway parking spot, private patio, and all the amenities listed. Close to all facilities (grocery, banks, schools) yet tranquil with parks and walking trails nearby, this home is the perfect harmony of peace and convenience for families or corporate travellers. Minimum of 30 night stays.
This home offers a one-of-a-kind cat jungle wall and it comes with a covered outdoor patio area (see photos for details) The outdoor area includes a seating area, BBQ grill and punch bag. We’d love to host and your furry friend!

Our cozy home is a two-story legal suite with an outdoor garden and is fitted with portable AIR CONDITIONING + HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the whole home.

Bedroom: 1 queen bed, 2 night stands, 2 sets of bedding, 4 pillows will be provided. A pull down projector screen, mini projector with Netflix access, 10,000BTU portable AC included in the bedroom.

You will have complete access to the main level and second levels. No other people will be sharing these two levels with you. Please make yourselves at home!
* Do note that the property caretaker (couple with small quiet dog) lives on-site as well, but in a separate entry and will not interfere with your stay. They will also be readily available during work hours to answer any questions and make your stay comfortable.

Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

- Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
- No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.

+ Cancellation Policy
Strict Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. This 50% refund is based on the total amount.
+ Response to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
