Our luxury mansion is a two-story property and is fitted with AIR CONDITIONING + HIGH SPEED WIFI throughout the whole home.
- The first/main level consists of the following:
- Office: working area with a big table and comfy chair. Also features a full en-suite bath with shower room. Can easily convert into a bedroom.
- Living Room: couch set with a coffee table, an arm chair and a cozy gas fireplace
- Formal Dining Room: large walnut dining table with 8 dining chairs
- Wet Bar: ample amount of counter space, sink & faucet plus glassware for your entertainment needs
- Kitchen: peninsula kitchen plus freestanding island, ample amount of working and counter space! Fully stocked with complete high-end stainless steel appliances (double door fridge, oven, microwave, and dishwasher.) Plus cooking utensils, basic spices, Keurig coffee maker, french press, tea kettle. Counter area can easily seat up to 5 people.
- Nook: table can sit up to 5 people, with a door that leads to the tranquil backyard.
- Family Room: relax into a super comfy couch, a 55” Smart TV (Complimentary Netflix, Sportsnet, and Prime Video) plus a cozy gas fireplace
- Guest Bathroom: powder room
- Parking: The double garage and driveway are available for parking. Note: The separate entry legal suite will have one designated parking space, which should not disrupt the main house's parking arrangements.
- The second level consists of the following:
- First/Master Bedroom: spacious room with a King-size bed and walk-in closet, plus a luxury en-suite bathroom (double sink vanity, bath tub & separate shower + STEAM room and a make-up desk), with 55” Smart TV
- Second Bedroom: Queen-size bed, a working desk and a Jack & Jill style bathroom (double sink vanity with an enclosed shower room and toilet) shared with the Third Bedroom
- Third Bedroom: Double-size bed, a working desk and a Jack & Jill style bathroom (double sink vanity with an enclosed shower room and toilet) shared with the Second Bedroom
- Fourth Bedroom: Queen-size bed, a working desk and an en-suite bathroom
- Home Theatre: Wide screen & projector, quality sound system, plus a wet bar with wine fridge
- Laundry & Dryer Room: COMPLIMENTARY use of Washer/Dryer. one set of towels (hand and body) will be provided for each guest. If you are planning to switch towels during your stay, I would recommend to bring your own as well as we only provide one set per person.
- Replenishables: A starting replenishable package of toilet paper, dish detergent, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, body wash, shampoo, conditioner, coffee pods and tea are provided complimentary!
We are children-friendly and aim to make your little one's stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Please let us know if you will be bringing along your little one, and we can provide you our high chair for use. PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.

You will have complete access to the main level and second levels. No other people will be sharing these two levels with you. Please make yourselves at home!
* Do note: there is a legal suite that is part of this property. There may be other Guests that live here and they will not interfere with your stay. You will each have your own individual entrances and space. You will be sharing the garbage & recycle bins.

Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

- Pet must be flea/tick treated
- Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
- No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.
- Pet is considered unauthorized, subject to penalties if not declared at time of booking.

+ Cancellation Policy
Strict Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. This 50% refund is based on the total amount.
+ Response to COVID-19
In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
