1. Kitchen featuring Italian cabinetry with high-end Bosch stainless steel appliances (fridge, oven, gas stove, microwave, and dishwasher.) Plus cooking utensils, basic spices, coffee maker, french press, tea kettle, toaster oven, rice cooker. 4 counter chairs included.
2. Living Room: comfy sectional with 55" Smart Roku TV (with complimentary Netflix) and a balcony overlooking the ocean
3. Dining Room: with 4 dining chairs
4. Master Bedroom: King-size bed with work space and closet space, 50" Smart TV and en-suite bathroom.
5. Master Bathroom: comes with a tub, and plenty of storage behind mirror. Bonus: NU heat foot heating system!
6. 2nd Bedroom: Queen-size bed with closet and desk space

8. Parking: comes with 2 gated & secured parking

You will have complete access to the your unit. No other people will be sharing the space with you. Please make yourselves at home! * Do note that this is an apartment, meaning some amenities will be shared. Please respect other residents at all times. Please also keep noise level at minimum from 10PM to 8AM.

• We are children-friendly and aim to make your little one's stay as comfortable as it can possibly be! Please let us know if you will be bringing along your little one, and we can provide you our high chair for use. PLEASE NOTE: Children friendly DOES NOT MEAN the area is CHILD-PROOF. It is the responsibility of the guardian/parent to monitor their children's actions AT ALL TIMES.

+ Pets

Only 1 pet less than 50 pounds is allowed. Please inform us at time of booking. Pet is subject to home owner approval and pet fees as quoted are estimated until confirmed with them. Pet damage deposit amount depends on type of pet. Please let us know in advance if you are thinking of bringing your furry-friend!

• Tell us the type, breed, size, and if potty trained
• Pet must be flea/tick treated
• Any pet waste whether on property or out walking must be picked up and disposed appropriately.
• No excessive barking noise from pet as it may result in a noise complaint fee after the first warning.
• Pet is considered unauthorized, subject to penalties if not declared at time of booking.

+ Cancellation Policy

Strict Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 full days before the listing's local check-in time. After 48 hours guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is. This 50% refund is based on the total amount.

+ Response to COVID-19

In response to the COVID-19 situation, we will be firm on our stated check in and check out times to ensure our cleaners have ample time to thoroughly disinfect and clean the unit. Our goal is to provide a properly sanitized space for our guests to enjoy so the full preparation time is required for us to do so. For the peace of mind of our guests, we may also deploy the ozone generator to eradicate any airborne bacteria. Thank you for your understanding.
