If you love great food & ocean view and tranquility, White Rock is the place to be!
White Rock is a city on the very south of Surrey & north of Peace Arch Border/Blaine. Many people also associate “South Surrey" as White Rock or vice versa.
White Rock is noted for its easy access to Highway 99 and to the Border. Many of our travellers come here to visit their families (whether in Canada/States) or are here for work assignments like Travel Nurses.
Close to the ocean, White Rock is well-known for its famous pier (470-metre long) that offers a gorgeous view and is the perfect place to visit on a sunny day. In addition, you also get to enjoy tons of patio-style restaurants near the pier, many also offer ocean and sunset views for a lovely dining experience! The beach itself is another perfect spot to relax for everyone, with 8 km (4.9 miles) of sand and shallows you will for sure find a spot that belongs to you. If you enjoy walking, hiking or biking, White Rock offers it all (with an amazing view!)
There is also another beach close by called the Crescent Beach on the west side. It is a bit smaller but if you are looking for tranquility and peacefulness, Crescent Beach may be a little quieter as it is located within a residential area.

If you ask us, what is the biggest downfall of living in White Rock, we would say that as the city itself is surrounded by the water, it does get more windy and chilly during fall to winter. As long as you are prepared for this, you will do just fine :)
We currently have 4 luxury furnished homes in White Rock to keep you warmed up during winter and cooled during summer! All 4 homes come with central heating & cooling system, floor heating in the bathrooms and 2 parking spots. There are also bus stops just outside the building.
These homes are located in a luxury & resort-like concrete building. The amenities offer fitness centre, hot tub, outdoor pool overlooking the ocean, putting green and much more. The location is in Downtown White Rock, with close proximity to shopping, grocery, Peace Arch Hospital and the Border.
